• Hapn builds innovative GPS tracking hardware and software for businesses with complex physical operations. • The company’s mission is to provide businesses with the tools to automate their physical operations. • Hapn is searching for a dynamic, results-oriented individual as an Enterprise Account Executive. • This role focuses on closing enterprise-level deals and driving significant revenue growth. • Engage with key decision-makers and demonstrate the value of Hapn’s innovative solutions. • Build strong relationships and manage the entire sales cycle efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience selling to customers in the retail vertical market, and an understanding of the personas, buying motions, and key challenges facing the industry. • Extensive experience in selling to enterprise-level companies, demonstrating proficiency in navigating complex organizational structures and engaging with high-level decision-makers. • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals within the retail vertical is a plus. • Demonstrate exemplary questioning and qualification skills, backed by a track record of achieving sales objectives. • Prior experience in recommending and selling new products and services to enterprise clients is advantageous. • Proficiency in adopting a consultative approach to uncovering client needs. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a professional demeanor. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment by juggling multiple tasks effectively. • Innate organizational skills, self-motivation, and an unwavering determination to succeed. • Experience with HubSpot is considered a plus.
