• The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth with key value-based care buyers. • This individual will focus on Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and Management Service Organizations (MSOs). • Responsible for building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering value-driven solutions. • Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and close deals. • Experience in the healthcare technology industry, selling engaging solutions to ACO and MSO stakeholders.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly focused on selling into ACOs and MSOs • A focus on selling SaaS or analytics solutions into the healthcare industry where provider adoption and engagement are primary KPIs • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and closing large, complex deals • Deep understanding of risk adjustment, quality improvement, and the challenges ACO/MSO stakeholders face • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including value-based care, population health, and regulatory requirements affecting ACOs/MSOs • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to build relationships at all levels within healthcare organizations, from C-suite executives to operational leaders • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
