Description

• Manager, Business Development Partner Programs is responsible for initiating, growing and maintaining TouchNet partnerships. • Focuses on strategizing and leveraging partnerships to drive mutual channel benefits. • Monitors partnership performance, adapts strategies, and ensures project success. • Oversees the development and execution of TouchNet’s partner relationship management (PRM) solution. • Plays a critical part in growing the TouchNet partner ecosystem, increasing partner satisfaction, and achieving business objectives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in partner management, channel marketing, project management or a similar role. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and strategies. • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. • Familiarity with PRM tools such as Impartner, Zift Solutions, or Allbound. • Experience in the Higher Education industry and Payments is a plus. • Certification in project management or marketing (e.g., PMP, CIM) is a plus.
