β€’ Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads, managing a pipeline of prospects and engaging them through outreach efforts. β€’ Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media, presenting value propositions and building relationships. β€’ Qualification & Follow-Up: Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team to close opportunities. β€’ Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads. β€’ CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and pipeline status in the CRM system. β€’ Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on market trends and client needs, providing insights to the team to help shape outreach approaches.

Requirements

β€’ Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. β€’ Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role. β€’ Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients. β€’ Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Resilient, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
