β€’ Manage complex sales-cycles and present to C-level executives. β€’ Close net new and existing accounts. β€’ Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles. β€’ Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets. β€’ Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce. β€’ Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers. β€’ Be able to understand, promote, and convey the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise. β€’ Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers. β€’ Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources. β€’ Build a plan for success internally at Grafana and externally with your accounts.

Requirements

β€’ 4 - 6+ years of field sales experience to SLED accounts β€’ Background in Cloud or SaaS sales is preferable β€’ Strong track record of success delivering business value to customers β€’ Familiarity selling open source technology is a plus β€’ Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC β€’ Bachelor's degree
