• Manage a book of enterprise business totalling up to $4MM in ARR • Build strategic account plans for expansion and upsell opportunities • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quotas • Partner with Customer Success Managers for shared management of customer relationships • Position yourself as a strategic partner to stakeholders within named accounts • Assess alignment with customer’s business objectives and goals • Focus on expansion and growth by selling additional products within the Greenhouse Suite • Diagnose churn risk and own resolution strategies
• 8+ years’ experience in sales, with a particular focus on account management or customer retention • 3+ years working with Enterprise customers in the tech/software space • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills • Excellent time and process management skills • Proven success identifying and developing executive relationships • The ability to craft narratives and prove customer value through comprehensive business reviews and strategic touch-points • Experience handling complex commercial processes and negotiations • Quota carrying experience (e.g., retention and growth targets) • A collaborative mindset with a strong ability to work cross-functionally on a shared objective
