• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 15+ years of proven experience in operations management, with a focus on revenue/sales operations, marketing operations, and GTM functions in a high-growth software or SAAS enterprise.
