Requirements

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities with major defense and aerospace companies • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within these organizations • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets • Work collaboratively with our supply chain team to provide the best possible service and support to the clients • Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and progress towards targets • Create value add solutions, demonstrating our capabilities through remote and in-person meetings • Lead the customer onboarding process • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments, including changes in technology, competition, and customer needs
