Requirements

β€’ Experience: 3-5+ years of proven success in a B2B sales role, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or a related industry. β€’ Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively. β€’ Proactive and Resilient: Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. β€’ Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems, outreach tools, and digital communication platforms. β€’ Consultative Approach: Ability to deeply understand client needs and position our offerings as the perfect solution. β€’ Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously. β€’ Passionate: A genuine interest in the venture capital ecosystem and the impact Decile Group is making.
