📋 Description
• Leads Halozyme’s payer initiatives to develop specialty pharmacy network and grow business in telemedicine • Develops and implements market access strategies for long-term value by ensuring formulary access • Provides managed markets insights as part of the Commercial team • Collaborates closely with VP of Market Access and Commercial Operations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (business or life sciences preferred) • Minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience • Minimum of 10 years of Managed Markets responsibility, including payers and Specialty Pharmacies • Must have experience building effective specialty pharmacy networks • Current working relationships with Payer GPOs, MCOs, PBMs, SPs, and other customer channels • Ability to lead with and without authority, influencing and motivating teams and driving business • Excellent oral, written, and group communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills • Remote position with the ability to travel up to 50% and live within 30 miles of an airport • MBA preferred
