• 5+ years of sales experience in healthcare IT, SaaS, or data solutions (experience with EHRs, data interoperability, or health information management is a plus). • Proven track record of closing deals in a consultative, technical sales environment. • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills – comfortable engaging with executive decision-makers. • Ability to explain technical solutions in a way that resonates with healthcare leaders. • Experience selling into health systems, hospitals, or healthcare IT organizations. • Entrepreneurial mindset – self-motivated, results-driven, and able to operate in a high-growth startup environment. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
