• Join the Access family and see how we make software ideas become a reality! • The Access Group is a leading provider of business management software to small and mid-sized organizations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific. • A dynamic and innovative B2B SaaS company, Access is dedicated to delivering software solutions that help our more than 100,000 customers across commercial and non-profit sectors become more productive and efficient. • Seeking an Account Executive to support our growing Americas region. • Play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the construction ERP market. • Lead the charge in prospecting and selling our COINS ERP suite to the Construction and Engineering industries. • Nurture relationships to bolster our pipeline. • Manage the sales process for a diverse range of assigned new business opportunities. • Develop strategic plans tailored to each opportunity.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in selling SaaS solutions, preferably in construction, accounting or related industries. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas, with proven results in driving revenue growth. • Strong presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts. • Advanced selling capability with a focus on strategy, customer relations, negotiation, and closing. • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, including experience in managing sales pipelines and generating accurate forecasts. • Ability to thrive in rapidly evolving, high-growth environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience. • Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship from the employer (e.g., H1-B visa) for this opportunity.
