📋 Description
• The Philanthropic and Business Partnerships Senior Director oversees development, earned revenue, and community investments. • Responsible for strategy, management and growth of Health Leads' annual portfolio of donors.
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree required and at least 12 years of professional experience. • At least 7 years of prior relevant development experience and progressive responsibility required; knowledge of the west coast philanthropic community highly preferred. • Advanced interpersonal and relationship-building skills with people at all levels, including staff, board members, external partners and donors. • Previous experience with the health care sector preferred. • Critical thinker who displays strong judgment in prioritizing problems to solve and opportunities to pursue.
