• About Heard • At Heard, we’re on a mission to help therapists build thriving private practices by simplifying tax, accounting, and financial management. • We provide an all-in-one financial back-office, giving therapists the support they need to focus on their clients. • Our sales team plays a key role in driving our growth, helping therapists understand how Heard can transform their practice. • About the Role • We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team! • As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective therapists, identifying and qualifying leads before handing them off to our Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs). • You’ll work closely with two ISRs, helping build pipeline, engage potential customers, and set up high-quality opportunities that convert into closed deals.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role. • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or a service-based sales environment is a plus. • Strong communication and active listening skills. • Ability to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-ups. • Comfort working in a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus). • Coachability and a willingness to learn and grow.
