• The Account Director maintains and expands MOTOR’s relationship with strategic and large clients. • Responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets and account objectives. • Build and extend relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. • Provide excellent client service and represent client needs within the organization. • Drive incremental revenue growth, accurately forecast, and manage renewals. • Ensure client's needs and expectations are met by MOTOR. • Serve as the primary, trusted business contact for the client.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an account management role (SaaS or DaaS background). • Proven track record of providing excellent client-service while effectively managing and growing accounts and working collaboratively. • Working knowledge of cloud based software solutions. • Automotive and/or Heavy Duty background a plus. • Must be a strong leader and teammate. Must be punctual, reliable, flexible, and excellent at balancing multiple detail-oriented projects. • Must have excellent presentation skills and communication skills (written, oral, internal, and client-facing).
