β€’ As the Vice President of Sales, identify and implement growth opportunities at Hello Alice. β€’ Lead a team to create and execute innovative sales strategies driving enterprise sales and partnerships. β€’ Focus on selling Hello Alice's programs to partners with an emphasis on Social Impact. β€’ Develop marketing services to B2B solutions providers targeting small businesses. β€’ Oversee all aspects of sales efforts and align activities with organizational goals.

Requirements

β€’ Education: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred, from an accredited university. β€’ Proven Experience: 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales and strategic partnerships, preferably including financial services (banks, fintechs) and other B2B small business solutions providers. β€’ Rapid Execution: Exceptional ability to move quickly and decisively in identifying, pursuing, and closing partnership opportunities. β€’ Deal Closure Expertise: Proven track record of personally closing high-value enterprise deals and leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. β€’ Strategic Vision and Agility: Exceptional ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. β€’ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive level presence. β€’ Partnership Expertise: Hands-on experience with enterprise partnerships, SaaS business models, and strategic alliance management. β€’ Leadership & Team Building: Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams. β€’ Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to build sound sales compensation plans, manage budgets, and drive ROI. β€’ Adaptability: Superior agility in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly adapt strategies. β€’ Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of sales trends, partnership strategies, and best practices. β€’ Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven track record in high-growth environments, with a highly entrepreneurial approach to sales leadership.
