Description

• Take ownership of the sales process from initial lead interest through to closing • Respond to high-intent inbound leads from referrals and paid advertising efforts • Conduct presentations and negotiations with prospective clients, initially focusing on our Chicago-based Member Companies • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to develop new business opportunities • Collaborate with Member Company experts to coordinate on-site visits and create compelling sales presentations and proposals • Work with the technology team to align cold outbound and paid advertising strategies and optimize lead generation efforts • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to deal close in an efficient manner • Use HubSpot CRM to track and manage leads, sales activities, and pipeline • Report on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices • Mentor and manage a team of BDRs to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, processes, and training programs • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and development • Take on a leadership role in scaling The CAM Collective’s sales motion to new geographies

Requirements

• Experience as an account executive or in inside sales • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, auto-dialers, and other sales tools • Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred • [Preferred but not required] Proven experience in sales management • [Preferred but not required] Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills
