📋 Description

• This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Human Resources. • The role involves overseeing HR management, implementing labor and employment laws, developing HR policies, and managing employee relations. • The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for setting HR strategies and ensuring compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in HR operations, policy implementation, and employee relations. • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. • Proficiency with HRIS systems and software tools. • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly desirable. • Experience in a fast-paced or remote work environment is a plus. • English and Russian Languages (fluent or advanced).
