Description

• The Territory Manager Associate Relations [TARM] is responsible for executing the strategy for promoting fair and consistent employment practices. • Ensures a positive associate relations environment to enhance overall performance in driving customer service and sales. • Reports to the Division Director of Associate Relations. • Provides direction to RVP, RHRD, and other regional leaders on labor and employment trends and associate relations needs. • Analyzes regional/district/store data to identify AR activity/trends; develops, executes, and follows up on AR action plans. • Monitors all labor relations activity in the region with guidance and direction from the Store Support Center (SSC). • Conducts training for management on legal and AR/labor relations matters.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. • Ability to work a flexible schedule. • Advanced degree in law, employee relations, or human resources preferred. • Multi-site (50-plus locations) and experience with 10,000 associates preferred. • 8 years experience in employment law, employee relations, or human resources is preferred. • PHR or SPHR or equivalent certification preferred. • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
