• Responsible for partnership activities management between Wealth Advisors and M&A Bankers • Drive efforts to create clarity in MM M&A pipeline through informed conversations with clients • Activate BMO Wealth resources for business owner transition events • Assure a consistent approach to business owners' personal transition planning • Host internal calls to ensure consistent communication • Develop effective engagement strategy to meet team revenue goals • Act as trusted advisor to assigned business/group, influencing objectives • Supports execution of strategic initiatives with stakeholders • Builds effective relationships and ensures stakeholder alignment • Coordinates management of databases, ensuring data governance compliance • Monitors performance and addresses issues • Leads change management activities

Requirements

• Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience • Broad knowledge of Bank products, services, and organization • In-depth knowledge of the wealth management and/or financial industry • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth • Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth • Influence skills - In-depth • Data driven decision making - In-depth
