📋 Description

• As the Head of Partnerships, you will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and scaling of Hypernative’s global partnership initiatives. • You’ll work cross-functionally to establish meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across the Web3 and CeFi ecosystems, driving growth and expanding our reach. • Design and implement a comprehensive partnerships program that aligns with Hypernative’s business objectives and long-term vision. • Build relationships with key partners, including DeFi protocols, centralized exchanges (CEXs), blockchain networks, institutional players, and technology providers. • Develop tools, resources, and frameworks to empower partners and ensure the success of joint initiatives. • Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams to align partnership strategies with product roadmaps and go-to-market plans. • Lead complex partnership negotiations, define value propositions, and structure mutually beneficial agreements. • Represent Hypernative in industry forums, conferences, and events, positioning the company as a leader in the Web3 security space. • Establish KPIs to measure the success of partnership initiatives and regularly report on progress and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Crypto Native Expertise: Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency, DeFi, and CeFi ecosystems, with hands-on experience in the space. • Partnership Program Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling successful partnership programs, preferably from scratch. • Industry Relationships: Strong network across crypto, blockchain, and traditional finance ecosystems, including exchanges, protocols, and institutional players. • Business Acumen: Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and execute high-impact partnership opportunities. • Negotiation Skills: Skilled in deal-making, including crafting win-win agreements and navigating complex negotiations. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with technical, marketing, and business development teams to align partnership goals with company strategy. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. • At least 3+ years of experience in partnerships or business development roles within the crypto (projects or networks), blockchain, or financial services industries. • Experience working with both startups and established organizations. • Familiarity with security solutions for blockchain and Web3 ecosystems. • Background in scaling partnerships in global markets, especially APAC, EMEA, or the Americas.
