Description

β€’ Execute an account-based sales strategy in targeted accounts, focusing on growth and retention β€’ Develop value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans for customers β€’ Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting β€’ Serve as a trusted advisor demonstrating how Hyperscience can impact customers' objectives β€’ Build and maintain relationships with executives and business decision makers β€’ Negotiate and manage complex sales-cycles, often presenting to high level executives β€’ Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed β€’ Orchestrate internal teams to anticipate issues and ensure focus on post-sales obligations β€’ Leverage best-in-class sales and communication techniques to meet customer needs β€’ Develop solutions that satisfy customers' goals and align the right solution for customer needs

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of sales experience within software β€’ 5+ years in selling to US Federal Government organizations and related experience with government procurement and contracting β€’ Ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships β€’ Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients β€’ Experience producing new business, negotiate deals, and maintain C-Level relationships β€’ Ability to quarterback account teams within a matrix sales team environment β€’ Demonstrated ability to use value-based consultative selling β€’ Experience with advanced Account Planning techniques β€’ Objection handling and negotiation experience β€’ Experience working with, and contracting with, large System Integrators
