Description

• Support management of energy efficiency/weatherization programs • Build relationships with clients and key market actors • Implement program strategies and plans • Support marketing and recruiting strategies • Create and maintain internal tracking spreadsheets and databases • Prepare presentations for internal and client-facing uses • Provide outreach and technical assistance to contractors and retailers • Promote energy efficient technologies to residential and commercial segments • Prepare status reports on outreach and account management activities • Conduct Quality Assurance activities to approve incentive applications and verify installed measures • Attend client-sponsored promotional events as permitted • Must have reliable vehicle for local travel

Requirements

• High School with 1+ years’ experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, utility programs, account management, customer engagement and/or related fields • Must have valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check • BPI Analyst certification or HERS Rater certification (preferred) • Familiarity with building envelope upgrades, building heating and cooling load estimation, HVAC system sizing methodologies and/or heat pumps (preferred) • Experience with the energy efficiency market in the Northeast, especially Downstate NY (preferred)
