Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage the account management team. • Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement strategic plans. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. • Oversee contract negotiations and renewals. • Establish and analyze key performance metrics. • Oversee timely invoicing and ensure effective debt control measures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial position. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational abilities. • Strategic thinking and customer relationship management expertise. • Technical proficiency and adaptability. • High ethical standards. • Upper Intermediate level English (spoken and written). • Fluent/Native level of Ukrainian or Russian languages.
