Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage the account management team, setting KPIs and tracking performance. • Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement tailored strategic plans. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction. • Identify upselling opportunities aligned with client needs. • Oversee contract negotiations and renewals. • Establish and analyze key performance metrics to refine strategies. • Oversee timely invoicing and debt control measures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial position. • Experience of managing AM team. • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational abilities. • Strategic thinking and customer relationship management expertise. • Technical proficiency and adaptability. • High ethical standards. • Languages proficiency: Upper Intermediate level English (spoken and written), Fluent/Native level of Ukrainian or Russian languages.
