• Maintain and Grow Accounts: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth to meet or exceed quotas. • Identify New Business Opportunities: Seek new revenue streams within existing accounts and potential clients through cross-selling, upselling, and market prospecting. • Contract Negotiations: Lead the lifecycle of the client’s contract, ensuring timely renewals and exploring opportunities for improved services or expanded engagement within the account. • Nationwide Rollouts: Oversee the planning and execution of product/service rollouts across dedicated industry, ensuring consistent delivery and customer satisfaction. • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and InBody’s overall market opportunity to inform strategies and stay competitive. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular performance reports and accurate sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with the clients’ and InBody’s mission and values.
• Bachelor's degree or four (4+) years of relevant work experience • Minimum three or more (3+) years of managing national corporate and/or franchise accounts • Proven track record of identifying and closing new businesses using a consultative and collaborative approach • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications • Type 40+ WPM • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (50+/day) • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho) • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows • Strong relationship building and communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills • Reside in or open to relocating to CA, AZ, FL, IL, MN, NC, SC, OH, OR, TX, WI
