β€’ Interlink is hiring a Sales Account Executive (Director of Client Engagement) as a remote role β€’ Join a team supporting clients' business and technical needs while providing digital transformation using Microsoft's cloud offerings β€’ Oversee a portfolio of clients and develop/upsell new business from existing clients β€’ Champion clients’ needs by nurturing relationships to identify business & technical pain points and requirements β€’ Present, promote, and sell consulting services using a win/win approach to clients β€’ Create and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and increase market share

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience selling and negotiating contracts for technical services β€’ 5+ years of experience in a client-centric role and a mindset to ask probing questions and strategize the best ways to solve customer needs with our business solutions β€’ 2+ years of experience working with concepts and trends of Cloud computing, specifically supporting Microsoft sales β€’ 2+ years using CRMs for accurate client data and reporting β€’ 3+ years of experience supporting multiple client accounts simultaneously β€’ 3+ years of experience in Office products – especially Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint β€’ Fluent business-level English (writing and speaking)
