β€’ Lead, mentor, and coach a team of BDRs/SDRs to generate and qualify high-quality leads. β€’ Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue. β€’ Set clear performance expectations and KPIs, ensuring team accountability. β€’ Optimize and refine outreach strategies, messaging, and cadences for prospecting efforts. β€’ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align on lead generation strategies and sales processes. β€’ Leverage CRM and sales enablement tools to track performance, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency. β€’ Monitor key metrics and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership. β€’ Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities. β€’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to refine strategies. β€’ Work closely with the leadership team to scale and refine the BDR/SDR function to support company growth.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2+ years managing a BDR/SDR team. β€’ Proven track record of leading high-performing teams to exceed pipeline and revenue targets. β€’ Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies, including cold outreach, email sequences, and social selling. β€’ Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, etc.). β€’ Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills to inspire and develop a team. β€’ Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize processes. β€’ Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS, Customer Experience, or Fintech is a plus. β€’ Knowledge of AI and Conversational AI technologies is a strong advantage. β€’ Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. β€’ Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about sales and team development.
