Description

• Oversee partnerships strategy, planning, execution, and optimization. • Support product, marketing, and sales teams in increasing customer acquisition and retention. • Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives. • Maintain and renew partnership revenue. • Develop account management strategies to expand revenue. • Track ongoing activity within Salesforce and present to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 6+ years proven experience in partner management or a related role. • Excellent customer/account relations track record. • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful campaign execution. • Familiarity with necessary software and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics tools, project and account management solutions, etc). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both internal and external. • Strong leadership and team management abilities with the ability to work across all facets of the business. • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. • Creative problem solver with a passion for creating, maintaining, and growing relationships. • Ability to negotiate effectively and to be able to convey importance of prioritization against mutual benefits.
