Requirements

• Experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales colleagues when appropriate for further development and closure • Extremely comfortable using the phone for the bulk of the day • Experience using sales CRM system including hubspot • Experience selling technical products and services • Must be generally web savvy, and understand how the web and websites work overall • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English language) • Time management and the ability to meet deadlines • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently and within a team • Initiative to evaluate systems and performance in a collaborative effort to improve processes • Competitive personality with ability and drive to achieve targets • Knowledge of SEO and related agency services • Bonus Experience / Skills: • Experience with ecommerce platforms • Experience with web-based database driven ecommerce applications • Familiarity with online payment gateways and other ecommerce service providers • Knowledge of web hosting environments and technologies
