• iPullRank is a digital marketing agency based in New York City, founded by Michael King. • We deliver SEO, Content, and Generative AI services that drive results. • Our values include Proactive, Reliable, Outstanding, Useful, and Dedicated practices. • We foster a culture where you’re encouraged to grow, take ownership, and make an impact. • As a Senior Account Manager, you will foster long-lasting client relationships and manage projects. • You will be responsible for ensuring client success and project delivery. • Requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. • This role may be hybrid or remote with a base salary of $75,000-85,000 plus bonuses.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Management and/or Sales, with a track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing client relationships • Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with success • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid presentation abilities • Active listening skills to uncover, clarify, and effectively respond to client issues, concerns, or questions • Demonstrated capability in account planning, project planning, and budgeting tasks across multiple accounts. • Strong organizational and project management capability using standard tools like ClickUp, Teamwork • Proficient  Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc) • Proficiency with CRMs like Hubspot or Salesforce • Experience with and understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, content marketing, Paid, CRO, Social • Flexibility to travel to clients on-site as needed • Ability to work well alone and within a team environment
