Description

• Identify and evaluate potential affiliate/marketing partners. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations. • Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements with partners. • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align partnership strategies with company goals. • Conduct market research to identify emerging partnership opportunities and trends in the self-storage industry. • Monitor the performance of partnerships and assess the impact on business growth. • Explore and establish service partnership extensions.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or B2B marketing. • Proven success in building strategic partnerships with big-box retailers, brands, or adjacent industries. • Strong understanding of B2B marketing channels and collaboration strategies. • Ability to negotiate, influence, and build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders. • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess partnership ROI and identify growth opportunities. • Leadership experience or potential, with an interest in growing and leading a team over time. • Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
