Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in account management or customer success (account volume of $500M-$1B), with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in LTO/BNPL preferred. • Proven track record of building strong client relationships and achieving revenue growth. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
