Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience • Candidates with prior business development experience in forensics consulting or related professional service highly desirable. • 10+ years of demonstrated experience partnering with Operations and driving orders and proposals for professional consulting services. • A network of contacts in the insurance and legal industries as well as owners and end-users is a plus. • Record of success demonstrated by over achievement of sales goals, awards, sales ranking, etc. • Advanced communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to Influentially engage with both prospects and clients via phone/email/video conferences/face to face meetings, presentations, and more. • Ability to create and deliver sales presentations using modern office tools (MS PowerPoint, MS Dynamics, Excel). • Ability to build and manage an expense budget. • Willingness to travel up to 20% within North America. • Engineering education or practice experience welcomed.
