Description

• Overseeing the concepting and production of video content • Leading from concept to final delivery • Ensuring final deliverables meet the quality standards required for the ACS brand • Managing video production workload and timelines • Directing video shoots including camera work, lighting, sound, and talent direction • Building relationships with internal leadership and external partners • Mentoring a team of video professionals

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 + years leadership experience in a similar role • Demonstrated experience leading teams • Strong project management, problem solving and analytical skills • Advertising, Media, or In-House Agency experience • Demonstrated track record of leading video productions at multiple scales • Knowledge on Premiere and other Adobe apps • Strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and multiple projects • Comfortable presenting to large groups
