• The French Bilingual Business Development Representative (BDR) for SAP Professional Services (PS) is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for Syntax. • This role requires fluency in both French and English, as you will be engaging with prospects across French-speaking regions and ensuring a seamless customer experience. • The focus is on driving pipeline growth and engaging prospects within Syntax’s target industries. • Prospect for new opportunities within Fashion, Wholesale Distribution, Retail, Mining, Industrial Machinery and Components (IM&C), Engineering, Construction, and Operations (EC&O), and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries. • Conduct outreach in both French and English, tailoring messaging to resonate with target audiences. • Qualify leads and schedule Qualified Conference Calls (QCCs) with prospects for the SAP PS team. • Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to align on territory strategies and target account lists. • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, ensuring activity levels meet team targets. • Utilize marketing collateral, events, and webinars to engage prospects effectively. • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and update the pipeline regularly. • Partner with the Marketing team to provide feedback on campaigns and lead quality. • Stay updated on SAP PS offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory. • 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or professional services sector. • Familiarity with SAP Professional Services solutions and industry pain points. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills in both languages. • Proficiency with sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment.
