β€’ Achieve significant growth by driving the business development and channel expansion of independent distribution partners. β€’ Maintain relationships with existing customers in the channel and further develop and identify new business opportunities. β€’ Collaborate with channel partners to develop sales programs and utilize market development funds. β€’ Provide monthly product forecasts to enable supply chain and production efficiencies. β€’ Be the main conduit of Voice of the Customer and other market intelligence to Ducted Systems Parts Channel management.

Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated sales experience and consultative selling process. β€’ 5 years HVAC/R experience. β€’ Experience working with distributors/contractors (two step distribution model). β€’ Effective business writing, verbal and negotiating skills. β€’ Demonstrated team and project management skills in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. β€’ Solid ability to effectively prioritize critical tasks. β€’ Ability to travel at least 50% in both US and Canada. β€’ Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
