• Remote position with regular travel required within the Columbia, MO territory • Responsible for selling Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts and supplies to HVAC contractors • Develop partnerships with existing customers to increase market share • Create custom marketing strategies to help customers grow • Negotiate prices and terms of sale • Ensure customer participation in industry-leading training classes
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience • HVAC industry experience • Minimum 3+ years of direct outside sales experience • Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com • Self-motivated individuals with a high energy level and desire to achieve goals beyond what is required • High-performing sales individuals with an understanding of the sales process/cycle and knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services • Ability to utilize sales process to uncover customer objections/concerns and determine appropriate solutions • Ability to listen, gain trust and bring to closure an action, project, resolution, or sale with customers • Business acumen including sales forecasting, opportunity management and customer planning
