β’ The Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) will be responsible for developing strategies to improve the effectiveness and overall value between CSIPay and key customer, vendor and partner accounts as assigned. β’ The SPM will act as the focal point of contact with these accounts to define common goals, set strategic priorities and requirements, provide bidirectional communications and streamline process to achieve mutual value. β’ Essential duties and responsibilities include positioning CSIPay as a partner that adds value to their businesses, understanding accounts corporate initiatives, expanding relationships, communicating regularly with assigned accounts, collaborating with CSIPay teams, understanding financial resources aspects, providing ongoing internal reporting and analysis, suggesting product improvements, negotiating pricing recommendations, and assisting with creating strategic sales plans.
β’ BS degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent experience β’ Minimum of three (3) years Strategic Relationship Manager, Account Manager or Project Manager β’ Proven written and oral communication and interpersonal skills necessary β’ Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills β’ Excellent computer skills including advanced skills with Excel β’ Ability to understand others through advanced listening and comprehension skills β’ Understanding of Credit card processing and sales process β’ Ability to travel for account meetings and industry trade shows as needed
