Description

• Responsible for all aspects of sales functions within an assigned territory • Focus on building strong relationships with clients • Manage the end to end, full sales process • Own new business development functions • Develop sales presentations and lead negotiations • Build and manage sales pipeline and activity • Collaborate across internal functional areas • Create formal networks with key decision makers • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls • Demonstrate Kognitiv’s core value, “act like an owner”

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in SaaS/Cloud based ERP sales • Proven ability to influence a wide variety of audiences • Demonstrated success with transformational and consultative selling • Strong initiative and independence • Impeccable customer focus and commitment to client satisfaction • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written • Ability to think strategically and recognize new opportunities • Willingness and ability to generate, qualify and cultivate sales leads • Active understanding and awareness of HR and Finance market trends • Familiarity with Miller Heiman Conceptual and Strategic Sales methodologies is preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Ability to meet travel requirements (<10% a year)
