• Drive the full sales process from prospecting to close • Own business development for a large portfolio of named accounts • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers • Develop and deliver tailored presentations • Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners • Maintain an active sales pipeline • Use your consultative approach to identify client needs • Stay ahead of industry trends in HR and Finance

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in selling services or intangibles in SaaS/Cloud-based environments • Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders across all levels • Strong experience in consultative selling • Self-starter with ability to work independently • Excellent communication skills • Ability to think strategically and recognize new opportunities • Comfortable managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously • Knowledge of current HR and Finance industry trends • Familiarity with Miller Heiman sales methodologies (preferred but not required) • Willingness to travel up to 10% annually
