β€’ Develop and execute sales strategies for major healthcare accounts (like HCA, CommonSpirit Health, etc) β€’ Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers β€’ Guide clients through the sales process, from initial pitch to successful implementation β€’ Translate complex tech into clear value propositions that resonate with healthcare leaders β€’ Manage pilot programs and drive their expansion into full-scale deployments β€’ Provide valuable market insights to shape our product roadmap and company strategy β€’ Work closely with our product and marketing teams to refine our go-to-market approach

Requirements

β€’ Proven success in closing large deals ($1M+) in healthcare IT or IoT/AI solutions β€’ 7+ years of experience selling technology in the healthcare sector β€’ Deep understanding of healthcare operations and challenges β€’ Strong technical aptitude, especially in IoT and AI applications β€’ Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills β€’ Data-driven approach to sales, comfortable with CRM and analytics tools β€’ Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a scaling environment
