• Are you a driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative looking to advance your career? • If so, Kooner Fleet Management Solutions wants you to join our growing team! • The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new accounts within the transportation and logistics industry. • Your primary goal will be to build relationships, understand customer needs, and promote our fleet maintenance solutions to maximize client satisfaction and company revenue. • This is a remote position which requires the candidate to be based in either the Dallas, TX area and travel up to 50% of the time. • With over 8 years of experience in the industry, Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is recognized as one of the leading providers of truck maintenance and emergency repair services in the United States. • Our commitment to providing efficient and reliable truck maintenance and repair services ensures that our clients' trucks and trailers remain in top condition, allowing them to operate safely and meet high standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in outside sales, with a successful track record in acquiring new business and achieving sales targets • Must reside in either the Dallas or Austin, TX areas and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time. Valid Driver’s License required • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in fleet maintenance services or related industries • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively • Must be self-motivated and passionate about delivering results • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & CRM systems • Must be a problem-solver and possess superb interpersonal skills • Understanding of fleet operations and maintenance highly desired
