Description

β€’ Leverage value-based selling strategies to engage with healthcare-focused clients. β€’ Drive revenue growth by converting leads and prospecting in your territory. β€’ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for UbiSim within the Higher Education sector. β€’ Manage the sales cycle from start to finish; generate pipeline with new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking to close multi-year SaaS-based deals. β€’ Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and challenges. β€’ Conduct in-depth research on higher education institutions to tailor sales approaches effectively. β€’ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in higher education institutions. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach. β€’ Develop a deep understanding of the UbiSim product and its alignment with the needs of higher education institutions.

Requirements

β€’ 2-5 years’ experience in a sales role in healthcare, ideally selling into nursing programs β€’ Experience in high volume sales with an average deal size of approximately $15,000 β€’ Proven record of achieving or exceeding quota through a high level of effective sales activities, with focus on outbound activity, sales demonstrations, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting. β€’ Experience utilizing a sales methodology focused on values-based selling to hit and exceed quota. β€’ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, allocate and track time across a large set of targets. β€’ Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills). β€’ Tech-savvy with high proficiency in using CRMs (Salesforce.com), Outreach.io, Google Suite, and other tools as needed.
