β’ Leverage value-based selling strategies to engage with healthcare-focused clients. β’ Drive revenue growth by converting leads and prospecting in your territory. β’ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for UbiSim within the Higher Education sector. β’ Manage the sales cycle from start to finish; generate pipeline with new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking to close multi-year SaaS-based deals. β’ Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and challenges. β’ Conduct in-depth research on higher education institutions to tailor sales approaches effectively. β’ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in higher education institutions. β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach. β’ Develop a deep understanding of the UbiSim product and its alignment with the needs of higher education institutions.
β’ 2-5 yearsβ experience in a sales role in healthcare, ideally selling into nursing programs β’ Experience in high volume sales with an average deal size of approximately $15,000 β’ Proven record of achieving or exceeding quota through a high level of effective sales activities, with focus on outbound activity, sales demonstrations, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting. β’ Experience utilizing a sales methodology focused on values-based selling to hit and exceed quota. β’ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, allocate and track time across a large set of targets. β’ Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills). β’ Tech-savvy with high proficiency in using CRMs (Salesforce.com), Outreach.io, Google Suite, and other tools as needed.
