Description
• Lasso MD is hiring for an Account Director to act as the primary strategist and advocate for our Dental practice clients. • Maintain renewal/retention rate of 99% or greater • Upsell clients by a 10% increase each year • Manage account tasks autonomously • Ability to turn a frustrated client into a fanatical client.
Requirements
• 3-5 years in agency account management • Proven record of managing an account base of at least 150 accounts • Strong understanding of basic online marketing principles and strategies • Experience providing quotes and contracts, and some negotiation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service • General working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
