Description

• Later is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Account Management. • Lead and oversee Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB account management teams. • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. • Manage relationships with C-level executives across top client accounts. • Oversee account management processes ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in account management or commercial customer success. • At least 5 years in a leadership role. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • Industry-specific experience in SaaS, Marketing, or Influencer Marketing is beneficial. • Experience in the Influencer and Social Media Marketing industry is strongly preferred. • Knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce required. • Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills. • Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans. • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making. • Proficiency in account management software tools.
