•Latino Media Network is seeking a seasoned multimedia executive and business developer. •Identify, develop and cultivate qualified new business clients, generate revenue and drive business growth. •Responsible for radio / digital business development through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and vendor development.
•Minimum 2 years of media / radio ad sales experience •Must be highly motivated, assertive, creative, and proactive •Strong business development and presentation skills. •Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills •Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. •Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets. •Must have excellent client relations skills •Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel •Must be able to drive and have a valid CA driver’s license with a good driving record. •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred •Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred •Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the media, audio or advertising industry. •Tech-savvy and comfortable with online/social media platforms.
