β’ LEAP is growing and scaling our sales teams in the US market. β’ The Account Executive position is an internal vacancy only, designed specifically for BDRβs, who are interested in learning consultative sales. β’ We have put together an extensive training program to ensure candidates that are chosen are setup for success. β’ Sell LEAP Software and achieve required revenue quota. β’ This includes performing webinar demonstrations and sales presentations, following-up/following-through on all required tasks. β’ Prospect in territory as needed, take responsibility for top-of-funnel growth in pipeline. β’ Manage your pipeline properly on Salesforce CRM. β’ Negotiate properly to achieve best sales price. β’ Achieve highest possible closing% for all leads. β’ Coordinate and involve other team members and management. β’ Provide forecasting to maintain accurate pipeline. β’ Work alongside existing territory plans and provide feedback. β’ Attend events as needed and present in person or online. β’ Be open to coaching and feedback to continually improve. β’ Maintain strong product knowledge and attend continual training. β’ Use available sales assets while working through sales process.
β’ Demonstrate potential to succeed in consultative sales. β’ Must have minimum one year experience working with LEAP. β’ Driven/Ambitious/Goal-oriented. β’ Ability to learn quickly and use tools and tech stack (Salesforce, etc.) β’ Strong communication skills. β’ Ability to develop rapport with prospects. β’ Good listener, seeking to understand a potential customer and customize sales cycle as needed. β’ Work independently as part of a fast-growing team (we won't micro-manage you). β’ Ability to work with others, a team player. β’ Coachable, with a desire to learn.
