• Hello, Account Executives! • My name is Jake and I am the Co-founder at Tadpull - Our mission is to equip mid-sized businesses with data and AI tools to effectively compete against larger incumbents and demystify ecommerce growth by turning data into dollars. • We collaborate with companies to help them master ecommerce and achieve consistent revenue growth year in and year out. • Our tech-enabled services and software solution unlocks the power of smarter digital marketing for brands like Caterpillar, Vivint, Mystery Ranch, Oboz, Jackson Hole Resort, Spoonful of Comfort, and a host of others operating on platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, Klaviyo or Oracle’s NetSuite. • Much of work is informed by our academic roots and we’re lucky to teach and research alongside some of the leading minds in business at institutions like Harvard Business School and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. • We are looking to hire a motivated Account Executive who thrives outside the confines of big tech, honing your skills in environments that demand innovation and adaptability to meet quotas. • Your background in Ecomm/Digital Marketing/AdTech SaaS showcases your deep understanding of our industry, while your empathy and curiosity about helping merchants highlights your ability to connect with both team members and prospective clients on a profound level ranging from ecommerce manager to the C-Suite. • This role is a full-time remote position with occasional in-person meetups and events.

Requirements

• Has at least 3+ years of experience as a Senior Sales Development Representative or in a similar role. • Possesses a minimum of 3-5 years of software/SaaS sales experience. • Has at least 2+ years of experience working in a Marketing or AdTech or Ecommerce B2B SaaS business. • Demonstrates proven success in selling annual software deals ranging from $10K to 30K, with month-over-month growth to achieve quota. • Possesses experience interacting with C-Suite and senior management teams. • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or Psychology. • Background in competitive activities such as sports, athletics, debating, or international chess. • Experience with side projects in the ecommerce or no-code/low-code space. • An MBA or MS in STEM.
