Description

• The Client Success & Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in growing our business by working closely with existing government customers to offer additional services and enhancements post-implementation. • This position will also be responsible for managing relationships with key partners such as Salesforce, Carahsoft, third-party app partners, strategic partners, and ISVs. • You will handle all aspects of sales, from lead generation to contract execution, and manage partner relationships to drive business growth. • Additionally, the role includes searching for new business opportunities through procurement portals like GovWin and other systems. • This is a mostly commission-based position with a competitive base compensation.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the software or SaaS industry. • Experience working with government agencies or in a B2G (Business-to-Government) environment is a plus. • Familiarity with managing relationships with Salesforce, Carahsoft, third-party app partners, and ISVs. • Strong ability to develop and close new sales opportunities, including upselling services to existing customers. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to draft, review, and execute statements of work (SOWs) for service delivery. • Familiarity with procurement portals like GovWin and other systems for searching and identifying new opportunities. • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
