• The Account Executive II will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of sales objectives to prospects and existing base of customers in the workforce development sector. • They will play a vital role in our company’s obsession with giving customers the unexpected and adding value at every interaction. • They will collaborate with internal teams to upsell, and cross sell for best-in-class customer value.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of experience of SaaS or DaaS selling • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Great interpersonal skills to develop rapport with colleagues and customers • Proven success with cold calling, emailing, appointment setting, customer research, social selling, sales presentations and Lightcast product offerings • Advanced CRM such as Salesforce and Apollo • Proficient understanding of business technology tools including Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, project management, timekeeping, travel, expense reporting and additional tools as needed • Energetic, self-motivated, and maintains focus on winning outcomes • Super passionate about engaging all kinds of prospects/clients regularly to find out what they are challenged by and how we can help them
